We're having the same problem though I think ours if of the death metal redneck variety. They finally gave it up around 5:30 this morning. I finally went to sleep around 8 and managed three whole hours of sleep. It pisses me off because we're stay up all night people, too, but we're...professional about it, for lack of a better term. It's not that hard. And when you live in apartments, it's especially important because people can call and complain and you can get kicked out. I suppose your only recourse might be call the police on a disturbing the peace complaint but good luck making that make a difference. It sucks. People are rude and it's completely unfair to those of us who aren't.
